What an introduction may include

If you contact us, we may receive the contact details and message you choose to provide. We use that information only to respond to your request, assess whether a conversation is appropriate, and maintain ordinary business records.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, recovery codes, API secrets, or other credentials by email or through an initial inquiry. Initial conversations should stay high level until a written scope and secure exchange process are in place.

Disclosure and retention

We do not sell inquiry information. We disclose it only where needed to respond to you, operate the business, comply with applicable obligations, or with your direction.
